REVISION TRAUMA
SURGERY

Leading-edge clinical solutions for lasting joint health.

THE PROCEDURE

Revision Trauma Surgery addresses fractures that haven’t healed correctly (non-union) or have healed in the wrong position (mal-union). We also manage complications from previous surgeries, such as broken hardware or persistent infection.

We utilize advanced deformity correction techniques, including Ilizarov frames, internal plating with bone grafting, and specialized biological stimulants to induce healing in stubborn cases.

DEFORMITY CORRECTION

Realignment of bones that healed incorrectly.

HEALING INDUCTION

Use of BMP and bone marrow aspirate to fix non-unions.

HARDWARE SALVAGE

Removing broken implants and replacing with stable fixation.

When Required?

  • Fractures failing to show healing signs after months
  • Limb shortening or rotation deformity
  • Persistent bone infection (osteomyelitis)
  • Hardware failure (broken screws or plates)

Recovery Roadmap

  • Variable: Based on complexity of healing
  • Often 3–9 months for complete bone union
